Mission Statement
Exhibit Request Submission Process
- Requests are to be submitted by a TM, or someone on their behalf.
- All required fields must be completed before submitting.
- Requests will be routed to RSD and AVP for approvals.
- You will receive notification only if request is declined. Status updates can be found in SFDC.
- If your request is approved, Marketing will coordinate logistics and process necessary paperwork and payment.
- Educational grant requests will be processed separately from commercial exhibit requests. Refer to “How to Access the iRhythm Grants Portal” tab for more information.
- Refer to the step-by-step instructions for additional details.
- Refer all exhibit request questions to Marketing.

HCP Nomination Process for MedEd Services and Consulting
- Specialties being considered include EPs, cardiologists, heart failure specialists, neurologists, PCPs, sleep specialists, and AHPs.
- Individuals needed for potential research could include billing specialists, administrators, office managers, operations managers, medical assistants, and patient coordinators.
- Individuals may be nominated by any iRhythm employee and should not be based on current or potential volume.
- Nominations will be approved based on qualifications, experience, and needs assessment
- Acceptance of a nomination is not a guarantee the HCP will be engaged for services.
- A contract will be processed only upon the identification of services to be performed and will be in effect for a one-year term.
- Under no circumstance will the selection of an HCP for services be determined by account volume, anticipated volume, past referrals, offers, payments, solicitations, or receipts of remuneration.
MedEd Regional Program Request Process
- Complete all required fields on the form.
- Medical Affairs will review the request and confirm RSD and AVP approvals.
- Medical Affairs will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, Medical Affairs will work with you on planning and execution.
- Sales will not select, invite, or prep faculty.
- Faculty cannot be a practicing HCP within the network of the program attendees.
- Medical Affairs will process faculty contracts and payments.
- Medical Affairs will provide an invitation template.
- Sales will invite attendees; invitations should span multiple institutions, practices, and/or zip codes.
- Sales will identify and coordinate venue logistics. Location must be conducive for education (e.g. private room in restaurant or hotel, or hospital conference room).
- Sales will be responsible for payment of meals, AV, room rental and other event charges.
- Ratio of iRTC sales attendees to HCPs must not exceed 1:5 (iRTC:HCP).
- Sales will submit expenses including sign-in sheet with attendees in Concur after event, per Sunshine Act.

Accessing the iRhythm Grants Portal
- All educational grant requests must be submitted by the requestor.
- iRhythm employees may not submit educational grant requests on behalf of a requestor.
- Do not make any monetary support promises.
- You may inquire if there is an exhibit opportunity associated with the request as that is a sales activity.
- Commercial exhibits at third-party events will be processed separately from educational grant requests. Refer to “Exhibit Request Submission Process” tab for more information.
