Publications
The Publications page is our curated list of recent and relevant research on arrhythmias and rhythm detection technology. If you’d like to search for an author or a specific topic, type it into the search field, and relevant articles will load.
Resources
The Resource Library pages include high-resolution images of Zio products, the Zio app, Zio Suite, and a sample patient report. To use an image, click on it to open it in another window, then right click and select Save As.
Profile
Every user can access their Profile, which includes a list of the courses and other resources that the user has viewed. Users can see the progress they've made on each course and restart each course directly from here. Achievements and use history is highlighted right at the top of the page.
Email announcement planned end of March
We plan to send a broad email to ZioSuite customers at the end of March announcing the launch of the learning platform. Because these users are already registered in our systems, they will be provisioned with Zio Product–level access (full access). With 30,000–40,000 customers in ZioSuite, the rollout will take some time to complete.
Customer in-service
Schedule a one-on-one session to walk a customer through the learning site. This is a great opportunity to review the Zio service and demonstrate key training content. You can register the customer if needed, or simply log in and guide them through relevant modules such as Zio Report or ZioSuite eLearnings.
Elevator Speech
If you’re visiting an institution and encounter someone with limited time, briefly mention the learning platform. Let them know they can easily register or log in at irhythm.academy to access training content built specifically for them. If they register, we can track their progress and provide updates, creating a helpful opportunity for follow-up conversations and continued engagement.

Lunch and Learn
Use group meetings as an opportunity to introduce the learning platform, guide customers through registration, and showcase key content on the site. Be sure to stay familiar with the platform and keep up to date, as new content will be added regularly.
