Summary:

Pilot study that used a machine learning algorithm applied to primary care EHR data to stratify patients’ risk of developing AF over six months. High- and low-risk individuals (without known AF) were enrolled into remote ECG monitoring (using a Zenicor device) to detect previously undiagnosed AF.
