Key Findings:

At 1 year, 6.3% of screened patients were newly diagnosed with AF vs 2.3% of controls (p < 0.001).

Increase in cardiology outpatient visits among all actively monitored patients.

Lower emergency department visits and hospitalizations for patients newly diagnosed with AF compared with controls.
