Sub study of CIRCA-DOSE comparing monitoring duration AF burden estimates analyzing ICM data over various time periods.

Key Findings:

Non-invasive AF burden can approximate ICM-derived AF burden when annual monitoring durations exceed 21 days.

Serial 14-day monitoring showed strong agreement with ICM burden (R² 0.85, ICC 0.91).

Short monitoring periods (24-48 hours) had 15.8%-24.5% sensitivity to ICM with 14 days having a sensitivity of 64.6%.
