Retrospective analysis on 730 patients discharged with Zio XT after presenting in ED with Canadian Syncope risk score of >=2.

Key Findings:

79.6% return rate, 29% monitors had an arrhythmia detected, and 21.5% of patients underwent medical intervention, including new medications, cardiac imaging, catheterization, and surgical procedures.

Medical intervention was significantly associated with palpitations versus syncope (p=0.015) and arrhythmia detection (p< 0.01).
